A letter from Joseph
I lead clean-water programmes in rural Kenya and Uganda. For twelve years I’ve worked on the dull problem that matters most: keeping wells and pipes working long after the ribbon is cut.
That means community water committees with real budgets, spare parts within a day’s travel, and data we publish even when it is unflattering.
